Speed Info:

• Fiber 200: 180–200 Mbps

• Fiber 500: 450–500 Mbps

• Fiber 1 Gig: 846–1000 Mbps download, 792–1000 Mbps upload

• Fiber 2 Gig: 1800–2000 Mbps (requires special devices and wiring)

• Fiber 5 Gig: 4500–5000 Mbps (also needs 5 Gbps-capable devices and wiring)

These are wired speeds. Wi-Fi speeds may be slower and can vary.

Extra Costs & Info:

• AutoPay is required—without it, a $10 monthly fee applies.

• Printed bills cost $3.49/month (some customers are exempt).

• A $50 fee may be charged if service is canceled.
